Before you invest more time, money, or effort, understand what is happening and what your next move could accomplish. A recurring problem deserves investigation. A promising idea deserves examination before you commit resources. A program deserves more than an assumption that it is working because it continues to operate. We help clients examine what is happening, understand the conditions behind it, and decide what to do next by quite literally taking a deep research dive and by going into the physical/virtual field. The work connects research with practical decisions about people, programs, resources, and business development.
Who Needs This?
Owners and executives of companies with 10 or more employees: Understand recurring problems, assess growth opportunities, and prioritize resources.
HR and people-management teams: Investigate workplace experiences, communication problems, turnover, and cultural friction.
Nonprofit leaders and program directors: Evaluate program delivery, participant experiences, service gaps, and evidence of results.
Education and training providers: Examine whether programs are delivered as intended and support their stated goals.
Organizations considering a new service, location, or initiative: Assess need, resources, costs, barriers, and feasibility.
Organizations coordinating individual or community services: Understand barriers affecting people and the systems intended to support them.
Teams adopting AI: Develop practical guidance for responsible use, verification, human review, and appropriate task selection.
How It Helps
A program evaluation examines how an existing program operates, whom it reaches, and what the available evidence says about its results. A feasibility study examines whether a proposed project is workable under the conditions it would face. Both can help you identify strengths, uncover gaps, assess alternatives, and direct resources more effectively. Findings can support business development, explain retention avenues, and improve ROI where applicable, while giving leadership a clearer basis for decisions. You receive findings, documented limitations, and practical recommendations tailored to the assignment.
Why AI Alone Cannot Fulfill This Service
Your organization’s most important evidence may never have been collected. It may exist in employee and/or client experiences, participant feedback, undocumented workarounds, or conditions that become apparent only through observation. An artificially generated answer cannot substitute for collecting that evidence. Making up a response without proper data is like baking German Chocolate Cake without flour or cocoa. An interview that never happened cannot support a finding. A plausible explanation still needs to be investigated.
We conduct the agreed fieldwork, interviews, observations, and document reviews, then assess the evidence in context. Methods may be qualitative, quantitative, or mixed, depending on the question. AI can assist selected tasks, but it does not replace research design, scholarly obligations, participant protections, or professional accountability.
The Tools Behind the Work
Our practice draws on more than 200 different types of tools and over 12,000 research resources, including tools such as IBM SPSS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Brevo, and Canva. Each serves a particular purpose where the research question determines which tools belong in the project. We go beyond the first convenient answer through appropriate fieldwork, source checking, further investigation, and consideration of competing explanations. When findings challenge the original assumption, the recommendations follow the evidence.
